Col Kingsley Archibong Umoh

Col Kingsley Archibong Umoh was born on 12 November 1967 in Suru-Lere, Lagos, Nigeria. He is from Ikono LGA, Akwa Ibom State He attended Onward Nursery and Primary School (1970-1977) and Federal Government College, Lagos between 1979 and 1984. He gained admission into the Nigerian Defence Academy on 10 Sep 88 as a member of 40th RC and graduated with a BSc in Biology in 1992. He was commissioned into the Directorate of Army Public Relations in September 1993. He has served in several Army Public Relations (APR) units, formations and higher headquarters. He also had operational experience in United Nations Assistance Mission in Sierra Leone as part of NIBATT 12. Kingsley is a graduate of Junior and Senior Staff Courses at Armed Forces Command and Staff College, Jaji. He holds a Masters degree in Media and Communications from the prestigious Pan African University, Lagos. He also has a certificate in International Public Relations and Advanced Media Management from the Management School London course, held at the Universities at Shady Grove, Maryland, USA. Kingsley is a Distinguished Fellow of the prestigious National Defence College, Nigeria. He is also a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, an Associate Member Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK, and a member Board of Trustee Association of Nollywood Core Producers. He is the founding Chief Facilitator of Military, Police and Para-Military Public Relations Officers’ Forum (MILPOPPROF). He is the Chairman Board of Trustees of the Peace and Conflict Resolution Resource Centre promoters of MILPOPPROF. Kingsley is happily married to Esther and they are blessed with Kingsley (Jnr) and Ivy. His hobbies include movies, drama, and traveling.
He holds a Masters degree in Media and Communications from the prestigious Pan African University, Lagos.

Okonmah Steve Azuka

Okonmah Steve Azuka was born in 1964 into the home of Chief & Mrs James & Justina Okonmah in Ibusa. Osimili North LGA of Delta State. He attended St. Georges primary School, St Thomas Teachers College Ibusa for His Secondary Education, College of Education Agbor, where he was among the pioneer students from 1980 to 1983 before serving his fatherland in Bauchi in 1983 to 1984(NYSC). He briefly taught in Tincan Island high school, Tolu Apapa from where he moved on to join the Nigeria Customs Service in January of 1992. He grew through the rank and today is a Chief Superintendent of Customs, serving as command PRO in PTML. He is a Fellow of many bodies among which is Fellow institute of Customer Service & Strategic Management, Fellow institute of investment professionals, Fellow institute of public diplomacy, Member National Institute of management, Member National Institute of Public of Relations. Currently Okonmah Steve is the National Chief Facilitator of military, police & paramilitary public relation officers in Nigeria. In the course of his career, he has bagged about one hundred & twenty five merit awards to date. His hobbies include football & tennis. He is happily married. He has three Chieftaincy titles in Lagos & one from Ibusa in Delta State.

Frank Mba

Frank Mba, an Assistant Commissioner of Police is an alumnus of many distinguished academic institutions. He studied Law at the University of Lagos, Akoka (1995 – 2000) where he obtained an LLB Degree (Second Class Upper Division). Graduating also with a Second Class Upper Division at the Nigeria Law School where he obtained a BL Degree and was called to the Bar (2002), Frank won the prestigious Justice Kayode Esho Award for the Best Graduating Student in professional Ethics. He equally passed with a distinction at the University of Dundee, Scotland – United Kingdom where he obtained a Masters Degree in Law. Besides his core academic trainings and attainments, ACP Frank Mba attended numerous Development and Professional Police Courses within and outside the country. Some of which includes: Middle Management Courses on Global Peace Operations in Vicenza, Italy (2008). General Criminal investigation Course at the International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA), Gaborone, Bostwana (2009), International Visitor Leadership Programme with special focus on International Crime Issues in Washington DC (2010), Managing the Media in Crises Situations at School of Media and Communications, Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos (2013), Senior Executive Courses in National and International Security, Havard Kennedy School, USA (2014), Leadership and Counter terrorism Training at FBI National Academy, Quantico, Virginia USA (2015), amongst others. A member of Nigeria Police Contingent to the UN Peace Keeping Mission in Liberia between (2006 and 2007), Frank, in the past two decades has served the Nigerian Police Force in several capacities. He was the Lagos State Police Command Public Relations Officer (2007 – 2011), and later became the Force Public Relations Officer, Force Headquarters, Abuja (2012 – 2014). He then went on to become the Area Commander, Area ‘J’ Ajah, Lagos; Area Commander, Area ‘E’ Festac, Lagos; AC Zonal CID, Zone XI, Oshogbo and currently, AC State CIID, Panti, Yaba – Lagos. Frank’s excellent performance in his duties has earned him numerous awards, including the Prestigious UN Medal and a Special Commendation Letter from the UN Police Commissioner. A member of various professional bodies, among which are the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA), Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Chartered Institute of Local Government and Public Administration of Nigeria (MCPA) and International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), Member Board of Trustees of Peace and Conflict Resolution Resource Center (PEACrEc). Frank a lover of poetry, classical reggae music and Arsenals brand of mesmerizing soccer, is happily married and blessed with lovely children.

Dera Nnadi

Dera Nnadi; Assistant Comptroller of Customs is at the Strategic Research & Policy Department of the Nigeria Customs Administration Abuja, Nigeria and is the head of Intellectual Property Right, Environment & One Stop Investment Centre. He is also the Service representative and member of the National Trade Facilitation Committee as well as the Head Desk of Customs Inter State Road Transit Scheme. Before now he served as the Public Relations Officer in Zone “A” Headquarters Lagos; Public Relations Officer Apapa Area 1 Command Lagos; Secretary Zone “A” Lagos during the Customs Reform Committee. Posted to Apapa Area 1 Command after the reform he played vital roles in sustaining and implementing the kick-off for the Port Concession programme, the introduction of the Nigeria Common External Tariff, Destination Inspection Scheme and the e-Customs regime in Customs. He maintains extensive contacts and networking among the various stakeholders in the Nigeria Business Community and is widely respected for being firm and decisive on the position of the Service he projects without compromising courtesy. An alumnus of the world renowned American International Law Enforcement Academy, he has a Masters in Business Administration [MBA] in Management from the University of Calabar, Bachelor of Science [BSc] Entrepreneurial & Business Management and Higher National Diploma [HND] in Science Technology. He is a founding and Board of Trustee member of Peace and Conflict Resolution Resource Centre an initiative that promotes the Military Police & Paramilitary Public Relations Officers Forum [MILPOPROF]. He is a member of Nigeria Institute of Public Relations [NIPR], Fellow and Senior Research Fellow of the International Logistics Administration and Fellow Freight Forwarders Academy of Nigeria. He has attended Courses in Public Relations, Event & Crisis Management, Cross Border Crime Prevention, and Leadership & Management Training among others. Nnadi has won several awards in the past including the Prestigious World Customs Organisations Merit Award for promoting Customs Business Relationship.
